We have great confidence in our products, enough confidence to offer you a Money-back Guarantee. Your comfort comes first. If your trip falls short, we’ll make it right or refund you.

Give it a real try
Use the full kit on one overnight within 45 days of delivery.

Stay within the kit’s range
Trip weather roughly in the kit’s intended conditions (≥45°F / 7°C overnight, no extreme/severe weather alerts; standard campsite, no snow/ice).

Simple proof
Submit within 7 days after your trip:
- Order number and trip date/location
- 1–2 photos of your shelter/sleep setup in use
- 3–5 sentences on what felt uncomfortable (cold, wet, etc.)
- (Helpful but optional) a weather screenshot for that night
- Order number and trip date/location
Limitations
How many times can I claim the guarantee?
The Money-back guarantee can only be claimed once per customer.
Guarantee expiration
You have 45 days from the day your kit arrives to take it on the trail and test it. If your overnight trip isn’t comfortable, you may be eligible for our Money-Back Guarantee.
- The full kit must be returned (clean, dry, and complete).
- Consumables like fuel canisters are excluded.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
This does not affect your 1-Year Warranty.
If your first trip goes great and you keep the kit, you’re still covered for 12 months
Warranty expiration
If any item in your kit fails due to a manufacturing defect or falls apart under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
- Coverage lasts 12 months from delivery.
- Damage from misuse, extreme conditions, or lost items is not covered.
- Shipping for warranty claims is not covered.
Product return policy
To receive a refund or warranty service, the main gear must be returned (tent, bag, pad, pack, stove, pot, etc. No fuel or lighters). Return shipping is not covered. Use any carrier.
Gear must be clean, dry, and complete, missing or damaged items may reduce the refund. Include your order number in the box.
